Half Life Crisis™ does not equal "Midlife Crisis."  The way I define, or what it means is that a person has reached a crucial time when they start "adulting."  I first had the idea of Half Life Crisis™ back in 2011 when my wife, Alicia (while pregnant with our daughter), and I were visiting friends in Eastern Europe (read all about it in the first post). 

Today, I'm in my mid-40's, happily married to the love of my life, and I have the most wonderful daughter and cute, fluffy doggie.  Also, my wife and I, for some time had the chance to hang out with the coolest BFF in the world when we all had the most amazing day jobs- that is, whenever I'm not typing this stuff- so life is actually pretty good.  This page was originally meant to look at all the best life can offer.  Wealth does not equal riches and material possessions are not necessary requirements for creating amazing memories.

Finally, we have been able to publish this site as a place to document what I like the doing the most, which is ranting... a lot... about all kinds of stuff I find interesting and sharing my passion for the Arts in its many forms of expression... in exuberant detail. 

No one will preach anything to you on this site, or in any of our related social media outlets, as far as telling you how to live your life.  You do you.  I only share what worked out for us.  I will, however, unapologetically have my say.  After all, this is my site and ranting are a big reason why I created this entire project in the first place.
